Azul is the newest Brazilian airline, founded by JetBlue founder David Neeleman.

Only one plane type is used, the Brazilian manufactured Embraer E-195. The cabin is configured 2x2 in a single class of service with 118 seats, 31" pitch and live TV, Azul hopes to grow the domestic Brazilian market by offering better seat pitch on newer planes, and without the dreaded middle seat.
