Comments
The Airbus A340-600 is the longest commercial airliner in the world, and Thai currently has five in its fleet. AVOD (Audio Video On Demand) is available in all seats giving every passenger their personalized choice of in-flight entertainment. 110VAC universal outlets are available at every seat.First Class is configured in a very spacious 1-2-1 layout with lie-flat sleepers, where every seat has direct aisle access.
Business Class has slanted lie-flat sleeper seats configured in 2-2-2, with no middle seats. Most passengers prefer the center pair since each seat has direct aisle access.
Economy Class also has very good legroom at a 34 inch pitch, along with a footrest and a 8.4" LCD screen. But be aware that the AB side of the rear Coach cabin, rows 44-58 AB, have reduced pitch at only 32 inches. Most people prefer the pair of seats along the fuselage since there is no middle seat.
