We have a question regarding carry-on luggage on Lufthansa Airbus A340-600, seating in first class ROW 2D and 2G. We noticed that there is no overhead storage or seat storage for these seats, where would our carry-ons go?

You are correct that there is no overhead bins over the center seats in first class on this plane. However, with only eight seats in first class, the bins on the sides are quite sufficient for most needs. We have some pictures on our sister site airlineexpert.com that shows the first class cabin on Lufthansa’s Airbus A340-300, which is configured similar to the A346, here is the link:

Is there any difference in leg room on a Lufthansa flight between rows 25-27 and row 33?

Lufthansa A333: Is there more leg room in seats 25-27 than in the aft Economy cabin? (We have 33A and C now.)

We do not have any reports of better legroom in rows 25-27 in this plane, but in general believe in getting the more forward rows as much as possible. Meals served first, off the plane sooner than other passengers, less perceived turbulence, and even a slightly better chance of getting an operational upgrade are some of the reasons for getting seats in forward rows.

One more factor you might want to consider is the direction of flight relative to the sun: we generally like to sit on the side away from the sun, this means on the left (AC) side when traveling east bound, and the right (HK) side traveling west. In row 33, the wing is only partially in the way of your view, but the view from 25-27 will be blocked by the wing.
