While many planes of this configuration have powerports in coach, it varies from aircraft to aircraft. On top of that, some of the powerports are AC, and some are special emPower plugs. The best bet is to select seats as far forward as possible, as the first 8 to 10 rows in economy class are more likely to have shared powerports.

If you must depend on a continuous supply of power, we suggest that you call Delta and ask to add this medical necessity to your record, and request seats as forward as possible. Make sure that you bring with you an emPower adaptor, just in case your aircraft does not have the universal AC plugs.
